GROUPS & RETREATS
These offerings create space to learn, practice, and explore in a shared environment.
While individual work focuses on your personal process, group spaces allow patterns to become visible in relationship — and to shift in real time.
A Developmental & Relational Lens
Much of what we carry as adults was shaped early.
Patterns in the nervous system, ways of relating, and our sense of self all begin in relationship — often before we have language for them.
Parenting brings this into focus. So do group spaces.
In a shared setting, blind spots become more visible. Patterns shaped in early environments — in family, school, and formative relationships — can begin to replay.
This invites a deeper question:
What patterns have you inherited, and what are you passing on?
Group work offers a rare opportunity to see these patterns as they happen — and to begin choosing differently.
Within a supported container of people doing similar work — whether through breathwork, parenting, or deep pelvic release — you are not only reflecting on your life, but actively practicing new ways of relating.
Many people find that raising children awakens an awareness of their own early experiences — what was present, and what may have been missing.
These spaces support both:
• your relationship with your (inner) child(ren)
• your relationship with yourself
Through awareness, movement, and conversation, there is an opportunity for integration — not just for the next generation, but for your own.
WAYS TO PARTICIPATE
Retreats
Immersive experiences for deeper work and integration.
These retreats bring together breathwork, somatic practice, and intentional time away from daily life — creating space to slow down, clarify direction, and reconnect with what matters.
Pelvic health
Education and embodied practice for understanding and supporting the pelvic space.
This work connects physical awareness with emotional and nervous system patterns, offering both practical tools and deeper integration through classes and guided series.
Parenting & Motherhood
Support through the early years and beyond.
Includes MotherCircle, Waldorf-inspired parent–child classes, and developmental guidance that supports both the child’s growth and the parent’s own awareness and integration.
Small Group Breathwork
Guided breathwork sessions in a small, supported setting.
These sessions are gentle, intention-led, and designed to support emotional integration and nervous system regulation within a shared container.
Ongoing Classes
I also teach weekly yoga classes in a studio setting.
Connect to your body through movement and breath.
