Following is the list of public workshops I frequently offer.

Somatic Breathwork

Transformative fusion of gentle yet powerful techniques of intention setting, conscious breathing, and mindful awareness.

Invite desired change into your life and use gentle breathing to uncover and clear away any subconscious hurdles standing in the way of your desires.

    1. First, we explore what no longer serves us and discuss our intentions for the future. Using yoga kriya pranayam we explore the unconscious mind that governs our deeper desires to move toward freedom, joy, ease, and steadiness.

    2. Once we set our intention we invite our breath to carry our intentions. This gentle breathwork is a technique that invites any stuck energy of the physical body to move and make way for our intentions to come to fruition. It is a way of processing unresolved feelings and suppressed emotions to leave more space for freedom, life, and joy. During this gentle breath we observe what is coming up to be experienced in order to create the space for what truly nourishes our being. This practical session will train your mind to feel safe in the presence of sensations and emotions.

    3. After the breathwork, we debrief to make sense of our experiences as we carry these into our lives.

    Engage in this immersive experience, complete with journaling and discussion, as we let go and breathe together. This collective journey celebrates growth and resilience as we step boldly into the next chapter with intentionality.

Clarity & Calm

Ayurveda on Food, Mind, and Mood

Learn about practices to support clarity and calm, through the lenses of ayurveda, yogic philosophy and backed by western scientific research. Learn how Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas, the energies at play in the mind work, why they are important, and how a state of calm clarity and good health are cultivated through diet and lifestyle.

Learn how they work, why they are important, and how a state of calm clarity and good health are cultivated through diet and lifestyle and our choices when feeding our bodies and minds.

Spiritual Rites Of Motherhood

Becoming a mother is a major shift in identity and how we relate to the world.

This workshop is a discussion that sheds light on aspects of ourselves that require an update after becoming a mother.

  • Similar to acupuncture, EFT focuses on the meridian points — or energy hot spots — to restore balance to your body’s energy, it is a useful tool to help land you back in your body when thoughts are racing.

    Tapping fingers on specific body points at meridians can be a momentary transformational technique to shift energy to the here and now, and not stay stuck in obsessing about the future or past.

    This workshop covers the 5 steps of this simple practice and the tapping sequence for anxiety.

A Deeper Look Into our Wise Bodies

Beyond the practical understanding of the menstrual cycle we delve into the spiritual understanding of our sacred flow: the connection between our menstrual cycles with the seasons, the elements, and archetypes so that you can build a relationship with the gift that each phase brings.

  • Beyond the practical understanding of the menstrual cycle is the spiritual understanding of our sacred flow. In this workshop, we will learn about how to work with each phase of the menstrual cycle and harmonize our lives through rituals and ancient practices.

    We will look at the connection between our menstrual cycles with the seasons, the elements, and archetypes so that you can build a relationship with the gift that each phase brings. This is an opportunity to go deep into ways to listen to our womb and our cycle, and tap into the innate wisdom carried in the womb.

    You will leave this workshop with meditations and guidance on how to create your own spiritual connection to your menstrual cycle so that you can incorporate these practices into your life on a deeper level.

    As we learn to love our menstruating body and work with our cycles through a spiritual lens, we become fully embodied in the cyclical wisdom carried in our bodies.
