To stress. To holding. To life.
This series is an invitation to return to your pelvic center — not through fixing or forcing, but through listening, softening, and rebuilding trust.

THE CLASSES
In each class, you’ll be guided to:
• notice sensation in the pelvis, breath, and body
• explore how breath and posture influence support
• practice engaging and releasing without forcing
• listen to what your body is communicating
We’re not training muscles — we’re building relationship and trust with the body.
-
We begin by listening.
Through slow movement and guided awareness, you’ll map sensation in the pelvis, belly, and breath — orienting to your internal landscape and how support is already organizing itself. -
Often, the first step toward pelvic health is not strengthening, it’s allowing the body to let go.
The first class explores how relaxation, breath, and nervous system safety support pelvic responsiveness and ease.
-
Support does not come from clenching.
In the second session, we explore coordinated engagement — how the pelvic floor works with breath and the rest of the body, allowing you to move with confidence and less effort.
-
Integrating all three steps: map, release and engagement.
Learn to sequence a practice that fits your body, schedule and mood.
-
A nervous-system–soothing, meditative practice focused on the pelvis as a center of creativity, grounding, and energy.
This class offers a gentle introduction to pelvic steaming at home for those who feel drawn to it. Steaming is optional — the class stands fully on its own.
-
Audio recordings of the course practices & meditations to use for falling asleep, somatic practice or exercise.
PRIVATE SUPPORT

More time.
More listening.

✺ Questions You Might Be Holding ✺
-
Leaking is often a sign that the system is out of rhythm — not that you are weak or broken.
This work supports pelvic floor health by restoring responsiveness: the ability to soften, engage, and respond at the right moment. Many women find that as they learn to breathe, move, and sense differently, leaking decreases — sometimes quietly, without fanfare.
No forcing. No gripping. Just a gradual return to support.
-
If you’re living with prolapse, you’re not alone — and you’re not disqualified from this work.
We approach prolapse with care, respect, and pacing. The focus is on support, relationship, and awareness, not strain or pushing. You’ll be encouraged to listen closely to your body and to work within your own comfort and capacity.
If you’re unsure whether this series is right for you, I’m happy to talk it through with you first.
-
Yes — and especially if you’re past the immediate early weeks and wanting to rebuild trust with your body.
This work does not rush recovery. It honors the deep changes that pregnancy and birth create — physically, emotionally, and energetically. We move slowly, with attention to breath, rest, and internal support.
You don’t need to “get back” to anything.
You’re learning how to move forward. -
Subtle doesn’t mean insignificant.
The pelvic floor responds to attention, timing, and safety. Small shifts, practiced consistently, can lead to meaningful change — in how you move, how you feel, and how you trust your body.
This work isn’t loud.
But it is real.
-
This work is deeply supportive during hormonal transitions.
Changes in sensation, tissue tone, and pelvic awareness are common during perimenopause and menopause. Rather than fighting those changes, we explore how to adapt, soften, and support the body as it is now.
Many women find this work helps them feel more grounded, present, and connected during a time that can otherwise feel disorienting.
-
Not at all.
You don’t need flexibility, strength, or anatomical knowledge. What matters most is curiosity and willingness to feel.
I guide clearly and simply, and you’re always invited to meet the practices in your own way.
-
No.
Pelvic steaming is offered as an optional bonus — a ritual of warmth, rest, and connection. It is shared with clear guidance around safety and choice.
You are never required to steam, and you’re encouraged to listen to what feels supportive for you.
Contraindications
This work is gentle, relational, and paced — and it’s not meant to replace medical or clinical care.
This series may not be appropriate if:
You are experiencing acute pelvic pain, active infection, or unexplained bleeding
You are in the immediate early postpartum period and have not yet been cleared for gentle movement
You’ve been advised by a medical provider to avoid movement or pelvic loading at this time
You are seeking hands-on pelvic floor physical therapy or internal assessment
You are looking for fast results or a highly prescriptive exercise program
In these cases, I encourage you to seek support that meets you where you are — and to return to this work when your body is ready.
Important Notes
This offering is educational and supportive in nature
I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions
This work is not a substitute for medical care or pelvic floor physical therapy
If you are currently working with a healthcare provider, this work may complement — but does not replace — that care
You are always encouraged to listen to your body, choose what feels appropriate, and reach out with questions before enrolling.
A Final Word
There is no rush.
Pelvic health unfolds over time — through attention, pacing, and trust.
If this is not the right moment, that’s okay.
And if you’re unsure, you’re welcome to reach out.
Have courage!
