BREATH & SOMA
A Long Weekend of Breath, Body & Inner Knowing
Sometimes the clearest thing you can do is stop trying to think your way through it.
This long weekend is for the ones who’ve been holding a lot, overriding what they feel, or sensing that something in life wants attention—but not yet having words for it.
Through gentle Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery, somatic awareness, nourishing meals, and spacious time to simply be, we create the conditions for clarity to emerge from the body—not the to-do list.

About Rebirthing Breathwork
This gentle style of conscious connected breathing allows the body and psyche to lead the process. Rather than pushing for intensity or breakthrough, we create the conditions for your system to unfold naturally — at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
Across the weekend you’ll participate in four guided breathwork sessions within an intimate group setting. Each session begins with clarifying an intention — a quiet but powerful orientation toward the life you are creating.
From there, the breath does what breath does best: it moves.
With the support of conscious connected breathing, the nervous system softens into parasympathetic regulation, allowing old patterns, emotional imprints, and unconscious tensions to surface and integrate with compassion and clarity.
There is no forcing.
No performance.
No need to “make something happen.”
Your breath and body already know the way.
Step by step, the process invites you to:
Listen more deeply to the language of your body.
Release patterns that no longer serve you.
Reconnect with the intentions that matter most to you.
Return to your life with greater steadiness, vitality, and self-trust.
The small group format allows for a very high facilitator-to-participant ratio (1:2), ensuring each person is well supported throughout the experience.
This style of breathwork is gentle, safe, and accessible to everyone — there are no contraindications.
What Makes RBM Different?
Many breathwork styles focus on catharsis or intensity.
Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery takes a different approach.
The practice emphasizes:
Intention as the compass for the process
Psyche-led unfolding rather than facilitator-driven intensity
Nervous system regulation through parasympathetic activation
Integration and self-mastery, not just peak experiences
The result is often subtle yet profound — shifts that ripple through emotional, physical, and spiritual layers of life.
During our time together you will receive:
Four guided RBM breathwork journeys
Intention setting and integration practices
Somatic grounding and nervous system support
Nourishing Ayurvedic meals
Spacious time for rest, reflection, and connection
Breathing in community amplifies the experience. Being witnessed while doing inner work creates a powerful field of support, insight, and transformation.

Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) is a structured, trauma-informed approach to conscious connected breathing. It supports nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and deep self-inquiry.
What makes RBM different from other breathwork trainings?
RBM is known for its depth, precision, and integrity. Rather than cathartic or force-driven methods, it prioritizes parasympathetic activation, safety, and a psyche-led process. Practitioners are trained to work with subtlety, attunement, and high levels of care. How rigorous is the training?
The training is highly rigorous and comprehensive, requiring approximately 1,275 hours of study, practice, and integration. This includes supervised facilitation, personal breathwork sessions, theory, and hands-on application. Why so many hours?
Because this work engages the nervous system, unconscious material, and deep emotional processes, RBM practitioners are trained to a high standard. The extensive hours ensure practitioners are not only skilled, but also embodied, experienced, and capable of holding safe, nuanced space for others.Who is this training for?
This path is suited for those who are serious about practicing and facilitating breathwork at a professional level—especially practitioners in somatic therapy, yoga therapy, or healing arts who value depth, integrity, and long-term integration. -
Plan is to hold retreats twice a year, in the spring and fall.
1:1 sessions are available as well as 3:1 small group sessions.
