Sometimes insight isn’t the missing piece.

You may understand where a pattern came from.

You may know why you react the way you do. You may have talked about it, analyzed it and promised yourself that next time will be different.

And still, something doesn’t shift.

Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery, or RBM, offers another way in: through breath, body sensation and direct experience.

Not to bypass what you already understand—but to include the part of you that cannot be reached through thinking alone.

What Is RBM?

RBM is a structured, intention-led somatic breath practice.

We use a long, slow breath that is slightly fuller than usual. The inhale and exhale gently meet, creating a continuous rhythm while the breath remains relaxed and subtle.

At the same time, you notice what is happening in your body: sensation, emotion, thought, memory, imagery—or perhaps boredom, restlessness or quiet.

You don’t need to clear your mind or create a particular experience.

You breathe, notice and include what is here.

Intention Gives the Breath a Direction

Each session begins by exploring what matters to you now.

We might ask:

  • What would you most like to experience differently?

  • Is there a pattern that keeps repeating?

  • How would you prefer to feel or respond?

An intention is not a demand for a particular outcome. It gives the body and psyche a meaningful direction while leaving room for the session to unfold in its own way.

Afterward, we reflect on what arose and how it may relate to your intention.

Why “Rebirthing”? Why “Mastery”?

The word rebirthing comes from the conscious connected breathing lineage from which RBM developed.

Experiences connected to birth or early life may arise, but they don’t need to. The work is broader: noticing the beliefs and patterns shaping your life and creating room for a different response.

And honestly, the word mastery makes me cringe a little.

Here, it does not mean conquering yourself or perfecting the breath. It means coming into right relationship with your experience.

It is the movement
from: being unconsciously shaped by a pattern
to: recognizing it—and having more choice in how you respond.

Your past may have shaped you without remaining the sole author of what happens next.

Mastery is awareness becoming agency.

What Happens in a Private Session?

We begin with conversation and intention-setting.

You then lie down comfortably and enter approximately 90 minutes of gentle, conscious connected breathing. I remain present throughout, offering support and asking occasional questions that help you stay in relationship with your own experience.

I do not decide what your experience means. The authority stays with you.

After the breath cycle, we take time to rest, reflect and integrate.

The complete session lasts approximately two and a half hours.

Is This for You?

We believe in simple ideas, strong relationships, and lasting impact. What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.

About Vanda

I’m Vanda—a somatic practitioner, yoga therapist and Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery facilitator.

I came to this work through my own curiosity about the patterns we can understand perfectly well and still find ourselves repeating.

My RBM training has taken more than two years and 1,200 hours of study, personal breathwork and supervised facilitation. I also draw from yoga therapy, somatic practice and developmental movement—but mostly, I’m interested in helping people listen to what their bodies already know.
