About Rebirthing Breathwork

Rebirthing Breathwork is a gentle, body-led practice that uses conscious connected breathing to work with patterns held in the nervous system. Rather than pushing for release or insight, the practice emphasizes safety, pacing, and presence.

This work supports the capacity to stay with sensation, emotion, and internal movement as they arise—without forcing change or performance. Over time, what once felt automatic can become more available to choice.

No prior breathwork experience is required.

MotherCircle is for you. Join a community of fierce mothers who grapple with the same profound questions, challenges, struggles, and triumphs. Gather with like-hearted mothers who understand the journey and find solace in shared experiences.

The Setting

Breathwork sessions will be held at End of the Road Ranch, located at the mouth of East Elk Creek Canyon in Newcastle, Colorado.

The ranch sits at the edge of the canyon, surrounded by the sound of the river, mature trees, open grasslands, and horses moving through the property. The setting offers a quiet, steady backdrop that supports settling and integration between sessions.
