We'll explore lifestyle pressures and find ways to make changes that have a positive domino effect in all areas of life - an approach that is sustainable, achievable and foremost fits YOU.

SIX MONTH PROGRAM
This program is designed to rebalance your whole being. Regain vitality in your body, mind & spirit.

MONTH 2 :: METABOLIC RESET ::
Follow a personalized, delicious and nutritious meal plan, enjoy new recipes & ways of eating to cleanse and reset your metabolism.
You will explore new movement & mindfulness practices to see what feels right.
MONTH 3 :: ENERGETIC RESET ::
Breathwork and energy practices to soften and regain vitality in your mind & spirit.
Introduction to pranayama and qi gong.
MONTH 4 :: HABITS ::
Journaling prompts to gain awareness of your mental programing, identify what does and doesn't serve you.
We'll marie kondo your spending habits.
Introduction to ego work and internal family systems (IFS) theory.
MONTH 5 :: HEART OPENING ::
Introduction to tibetan yoga practices & emotional freedom technique (tapping).
Playful joy and creativity activities.
MONTH 6 :: INTEGRATION ::
Fine tune your personal self care regime and daily routines we built in the previous months.
Continuation with IFS and shadow work - integrating all aspects of self for a true mind, body & spirit union.
