Building on the 3 month program - we'll explore your ayurvedic constitution, look beyond your current challenges, diet, delve into your goals and identify imbalances. We'll explore lifestyle pressures and find ways to make changes that have a positive domino effect in all areas of life - an approach that is sustainable, achievable and foremost fits YOU. This program is designed to help you look at your relationship to all areas of life and find what truly nourishes your body & soul. Based on teachings of Joshua Rosenthal, Founder, Director of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and his radical concept and integrated approach to nutrition; considering all “foods” that sustain our life. Things that give us the joy and fulfillment: our spirituality, jobs, relationships, recreational and physical activities, all have the potential to impact your health. DURING THE SIX MONTHS WE EXPLORE: what nourishes you on you plate and how different foods make you feel, how they effect your glucose and energy levels what nourishes you off your plate: your relationships, job, home environment, social life and more. The six months time allows us to do DEEP WORK, connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be - we create your personal blueprint. Explore your body’s unique needs and identify what your very own sustainable self care looks like, on and off the plate. I help you set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change to accomplish your goals in a way that’s empowering and exciting. ​​ No cooking, yoga or meditation experience necessary, we'll teach you! PROGRAM STRUCTURE 1st month - INQUIRY & PREP - food, mood, movement journaling - understand where you are at and where you want to be Month 2 - incorporating small AYURVEDIC changes to daily routines to plant the seeds of change, JOURNALING and in depth exploration of areas you wish to improve. You'll get podcasts to listen to, ted talks to watch and inspirational reading. Month 3-4 - follow similar plan to the 3 month program with METABOLIC RESET - you'll get meal plan that is delicious and nutritious to explore new recipes, new ways of eating. You will explore new movement & mindfulness practices to see what feels right. Month 5 - LIVE THE CHANGE - Incorporate the previous 4 months' experiences to daily routines, your own meal plans, incorporate movement & meditation. Month 6 - INTEGRATION - lived experience of the changes we introduced, fine tuned!
