Bridging western nutrition and mindfulness I help shed light on how your metabolism works and how to eat to maintain great energy levels, clear mind, clear skin and reach a weight that is sustainable for you.

We focus on the positives (and none of the bad) about nutrition: crowding out the stuff that doesn't support your health without feeling deprived. I meet you where you are at, whether it is teaching you how to cook / move / relax or adding new recipes / activities / inspirations to your repertoire. And when in doubt expect a dose of motivation to keep you going!

So, what fuels you?

  • Edible food (what we put in our mouths to nourish our bodies),

  • Sensory food (what we see, hear, touch, taste and smell),

  • Your volition (motivation and intention that fuels us) and

  • Relationships (to ourselves, the collective and our environment).

Quite a list, right? 

Edible food is where we start in our programs, month by month working on a new area.  I'm your guide and mentor who empowers you, provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and follow through making sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.


Together we navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice and explore what truly works for you on (food) and off (movement, lifestyle) the plate.


  • Your body’s unique needs and identify what your very own sustainable self care looks like, on and off the plate.

  • What makes you happy on your plate. We come up with meal plans full of foods that nourish your body and soul.

  • The space between who you are and who you want to be. We then set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change to accomplish them in a way that’s empowering and exciting.



Discovery calls are our introduction. We start with our HEALTH HISTORY FORM which informs your profile: your ayurvedic constitution, your current challenges, we can look at your diet, your goals. We identify imbalances. We explore lifestyle pressures: Does stress at your job or relationships cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? 

Seeing how areas of your life are connected, we find ways to make changes that have a positive domino effect in all areas of life. We identify / examine your health goals and come up with an approach that is sustainable, achievable and foremost fits YOU.

Change making is not a one time act - it’s a decision you make day in and day out, in small increments. There are weeks where everything clicks and weeks where things aren’t so easy. I'll be your guide to lovingly support you and a guide to point you in the right direction when you feel lost!
