THREE MONTH PROGRAM

This program is designed to refresh your relationship to what nourishes you -  on and off the plate.

 

WHAT YOU GET:
In two 1hr sessions per month, in the course of three months you'll 

  1. Understand how your lifestyle and nutrition relate: experience what nourishes you on and off the plate

  2. Find a meditation technique and body movement modality that you enjoy

  3. Explore new recipes, new ways of eating and reignite your passion for food.

No cooking experience necessary, we'll teach you!

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Seven one hour coaching calls.

    • Two monthly during the 3 month program and

    • one to check in later, or use whenever you need support.

  • Lectures on Cyclical Self Care & Sleep

  • Personalized pre-recorded yoga, meditation & breathwork classes to use at your convenice.

  • Simple healthy recipes for snacks and meals

  • Pantry makeover

  • Two week meal plan specific to your wants and needs, includes all dietary details (vitamin & mineral and macro nutrient make up by day)  

  • Email & txt support between sessions

  • TED talks and pep talks specific to your needs and goals

    • Digestion assessment - "you are what you digest" 

    • Physical musculoskeletal assessment to inform your movement practices

  • MONTH 2 :: METABOLIC & ENERGY RESET :: 

    • here you get a meal plan that is delicious and nutritious to explore new recipes, new ways of eating.

    • You will explore new movement & mindfulness practices to see what feels right. 

  • MONTH 3 :: INTEGRATION ::
    Live your personal self care regine and daily routines we built in the previous months.
